All students should carry Point Cards. Point cards are every student's Daily Data!
Every Student should maintain an Account Book. Account Books contain a wealth of data that can be seen at a glance.
II Forms or Referral Forms data is what is entered into SWIS.
SWIS data is available upon request to teachers for their individual students.
SWIS data is reviewed monthly at the PBIS Team Meetings.
